The Reciprocity Retreat: San Pancho, Mexico

Highlights of the retreat

A breath and movement experience: Nature becomes the teacher, connection becomes the practice and regulation becomes the ritual.

❋ Intentional Structure

Throughout the week this intention is lived — through presence, shared practices, and a deepening relationship with ourselves, one another, and the place holding us.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Our meals are prepared by a local chef using regional ingredients, directly supporting the nearby farmers and local livelihoods. The menu is plant-forward, with animal-protein offered as an option.

❋ Expert Facilitation

We gather to create with our hands, move our bodies and connect deeply with the land, sea and culture — daily practices, workshops, hikes, free time and crafting frame drums alongside a local artisan, then honoring them in a traditional Temazcal, an ancient ritual of heat, breath, and renewal.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Here reciprocity becomes relational — between bodies, land, culture, and people gathering.
