Sophia Barsalow, Yoga Teacher and the Open Space Studio Director and Co-Owner of Wellness 101

Sophie’s theme-based yoga classes allow students to move beyond asana to a deeper understanding of self and yoga philosophy. Breath-focused and meditation are integral to her asana classes.

Sophie has been teaching yoga in the greater Hardwick area since 2007. She started practicing yoga in high school, she deepened her practice in college, and in 2007 she completed her 200 hour teacher training with Myra Lewin at Hale Pule in Maui, Hawaii.

Sophie enjoys time in nature and her garden, playing sports, and being a mother of two.

Lindsey Scott, Yoga Teacher, Regenerative Health Coach, Co-owner of Wellness 101

Lindsey is a passionate foodie, yogi and community member. She has been leading yoga classes since 2013 after completing her 200 hour from Kripalu. Her love of movement, music, inquiry and breathwork has led to study deeper and become certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and meditation.

Lindsey is a traveler, crafter, writer, mama, nature enthusiast, and an empowered seeker of wisdom through nutrition and mindset. She values her daily practice of yoga and meditation both on and especially off the mat, out in the world and believes that alignment with Source, integrity and authenticity can reflect and create the joy and beauty in life. Lindsey is also a certified Regenerative Health Practitioner and Iridologist.

Meg Newlin, Yoga Teacher

Meg is a mama, a maker, a writer, and a lifelong mover with a deep and abiding love of learning. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 25 years. She continues to inform her offering through regular practice and ongoing study with teachers and coaches from many movement modalities. Her classes are light-hearted and challenging, with one eye solidly placed on alignment and biomechanics, and the other on self-compassion and a sense of humor. Take your yoga practice to the next level while finding your body’s sweet spot in each pose.
